The service and its operator

vpsmon Cloud is operated by Leonidas D., an individual based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Contact support@vpsmon.cloud for service questions. These terms apply to use of the hosted Cloud service together with the Acceptable use policy. The Privacy & cookies notice explains how information is handled.

The public demo uses synthetic data. The Billing & cancellation policy sets out trial eligibility, subscription pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. A paid subscription requires a separate purchase through checkout.

What Cloud provides

Cloud receives server metrics over outbound HTTPS and displays server health, history, and resource/offline incidents. Email alerts depend on your settings, valid telemetry, and successful delivery. Cloud is not an emergency-monitoring or incident-response service. Measurements and alerts can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable; keep any independent monitoring needed for critical systems.

The separate local vpsmon dashboard works independently. Its open-source software and the agent have their own licenses. Your server information remains yours; you allow us to process it as necessary to provide and secure Cloud.

Your account and servers

Provide an email address you control, protect your credentials, and connect only systems you own or are authorized to administer. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and authority to act for a business if you register on its behalf. You are responsible for the information your agent sends, including optional snapshots, and any notices or permissions required for that information.

Remote agent updates require local opt-in. An update requested through Cloud can download and install a verified newer agent release and restart the agent, briefly interrupting collection. Secure your Cloud account and review changes before requesting an update. This feature does not provide general remote shell access.

Trial and subscriptions

The one-day, no-card trial includes one server and begins at its first accepted heartbeat, not account creation. At expiry, new Cloud telemetry pauses. Existing history remains available subject to its normal retention. Local vpsmon and agent update checks continue independently of billing.

The Base plan costs $4.99 USD per month plus applicable tax for up to five connected servers and renews monthly until canceled. Checkout shows the seller, final total including applicable taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation and refund process before you confirm payment. Creating an account or pairing a trial server does not authorize a charge.

Availability, changes, and responsibility

We aim to operate Cloud reliably but do not promise uninterrupted service or an uptime SLA. Maintenance, network failures, agent issues, and email-provider failures can affect it. We will communicate material service changes through the site or your account email. We communicate changes to subscription pricing or renewal terms before they take effect, allowing you to cancel before the next charge.

Each party remains responsible under applicable law for its actions. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence. The Base plan does not include a guaranteed support response time.

Stopping or restricting access

You can disconnect the agent, remove a server, or delete your account. A telemetry pause does not itself erase history. Account and server deletion remove active database records; older backups and provider records follow the Privacy & cookies retention terms. If you have a paid subscription, cancel it before deleting your account unless the deletion flow confirms its cancellation.

We may restrict access where necessary to prevent abuse, protect systems, or comply with law. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact support to resolve it. If the hosted service is discontinued, we will give reasonable notice where possible and honor applicable payment and consumer rights.

Applicable law and questions

Lithuanian law governs these terms. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections and rights to bring a claim in your country of residence remain unaffected. These terms do not require consumers to use only Lithuanian courts. Contact support@vpsmon.cloud first if something goes wrong so we can try to resolve it.
