Acceptable use

Use systems you are allowed to monitor

Connect only servers you own or are expressly authorized to administer. Protect pairing tokens, server credentials, and your Cloud account. Revoke or remove a server if its credential may have been exposed. Use optional snapshots only when you have permission to send their contents.

Prohibited activity

• Breaking the law, violating another person's rights, or monitoring systems without authorization.
• Attacking, disrupting, overloading, or bypassing access controls on Cloud, its providers, or another customer's systems.
• Sending malware, using Cloud as command-and-control infrastructure, or attempting to obtain another customer's account, telemetry, or credentials.
• Circumventing account, trial, server, or email limits, or automating activity that harms service availability.

Report problems responsibly

Report suspected abuse or vulnerabilities to support@vpsmon.cloud. Share only the information needed to reproduce the problem. Do not access other customers' data, expose credentials, or disrupt service while investigating. Contact us before testing beyond your own account or servers.

We may restrict harmful activity as described in the Service terms, with an explanation where reasonably possible. You can contact support to question a restriction or agree a safe way to test a reported issue.
