Documentation
Connect a Linux VPS to vpsmon Cloud, check its resource usage, and receive alerts when it needs attention.
- Getting started: Create an account and connect your first server.
- Using the dashboard: Read current values, resource history, and live processes.
- Alert settings: Set thresholds, choose an email recipient, and pause notifications.
- Webhooks and Slack: Send alerts to a Slack channel or your own HTTPS receiver.
- Agent management: Update, rename, disconnect, or remove a server.
- Troubleshooting: Check missing samples, email delivery, and agent errors.
Which app runs where
Install vpsagent on each server you want to monitor. It sends resource samples to Cloud over outbound HTTPS every 15 seconds. You do not need to open an inbound port or give Cloud an SSH key.
Open vpsmon.cloud/dashboard to see your connected servers from a browser. The separate vpsmon app is a local dashboard you can run on a server. It works independently of Cloud and does not pair the server with your Cloud account.
You can explore the demo dashboard before connecting a server. Its servers, charts, and incidents use sample data.
For help with your account or setup, email support@vpsmon.cloud. Include the error message and agent version. Keep passwords, setup tokens, agent credentials, and webhook URLs out of your message.
